Payments for roofing services are made directly between consumers, insurance companies, and contractors. uRoof may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for payment disputes.

7. Limitation of Liability

uRoof is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
